To summarise, we could talk about a form of temporal paradox here. The young man presented had access to different futures, including that of the griffin. Depending on the choices he made, he could access one or the other. The fact that he chose to see his future in a magical way, and thus to be infused with magic, triggered this metamorphosis. Which is therefore paradoxical. The other paradox, which may have influenced the first, is that the most effective spell to restore his humanity required a griffin's egg. Unfortunately, being fertilised and laying an egg seals his fate... as a griffin. Playing with temporal magic is always very dangerous.

Was his transformation triggered by a hidden desire? Does he revert by himself or do you need to make it happen? Always love these studies you have. Would love some deep transformation anatomy studies once your schedule clears up more. Tho I presume a being such as you don’t get much free time.
