Everything he does is for his benefit and no one else. I don’t think Sarah realizes this and if she did she may not care because of the sex and emotional bond she now has with him. I think Dan does, but he has turned into a simpleton with no ability to act.

First, she clearly has fully accepted that sex is a commodity and that Dan has no right to exclusivity. She did it on her own without his approval. Second, it makes Lester seem better. Richard took and gave her nothing. Lester provides. He provides money which makes him a good man really an honorable man in a way. He provides great sex unlike Dan which makes him a real man. Of course she appreciates Lester now and is willing even eager to please him even if it means humiliating Dan. Her loyalty has shifted.

It implies that he's ordered these BC pills before, and the last thing he wanted was for Sarah to take arsenic or something besides the placebo. He didn't need another accident like with another girl a while back. Although it doesn't specify what the accident actually is....it was bad enough to be a concern to Lester for him to order extra for testing. I know arsenic is very poisonous and can kill someone. He opened a browser to the dark web and checked on his manufactured order. The custom-made blister packaging and sugar tablets that mimicked Sarah's birth control pills was almost ready to be shipped out to him. He’d ordered extra to test them initially. The last thing he wanted was Sarah to take arsenic or something besides the placebo accidently. He didn’t need another accident like with that other girl a while back. Lester just needed her to take them for a short time so that her body would reset to its natural state, all the while he made sure she was full of his potent virile cum.
