He was arrested in 1807 and charged with treason according to Jefferson. It's hard to tell if there was anything to back the charge of treason, Burr spent time in Europe before returning to New York where he'd die in 1836.

The Native American Party was a secretive anti-immigrant and anti-Catholic political party that formed around the 1850s. They even nominated Millard Fillmore for president and asked him to kept their support secret and not talk about the party. They won the governorship of several states before the party collapsed. They were called the βKnow Nothingsβ because if anyone asked what they were doing. They were supposed to reply βI know nothing.β

Then obviously the Burr and Hamilton thing... and then... the man kinda seemed to go crazy and might have tried to start a coup after he shot Hamilton..? I've love to know more
