2018-07-08 02:20:27 +0000 UTCSo actually Euclids 5 postulates postulate a lot more than they let on for instance that a line divides a plane into 2 "sides" and that there is some notion of distance? anything else? So in a sense not everything follows from the 5 postulates which also leads to the point are there things we assume with the 4th postulate that are less obvious than the 5th postulate?
