Hi Schuyler, I owe you an apology. You were correct that the Q&A should have been priced at $5, not $8 - I forgot when scheduling and when answering you that we changed the price on that tier. Totally my mistake. I've processed the refund you requested, but let me know if for some reason it doesn't come through. Also, according to my records, you haven't been charged for June yet but you will be tomorrow, so if you'd like to reduce your pledge back to the $5 level you might want to do so soon! If you have any issues with that, again, let me know.

2017-05-30 22:00:15 +0000 UTCThe Q&A reward is only available at the $8 tier, which is listed on the sidebar along with all the other rewards, so if you were at $5 before then you do indeed have to upgrade to $8 in order to participate in the Q&A. Also, Patreon only emails you about rewards that you are signed up for, so if you weren't at the $8 tier when the notification was posted then you would not have gotten an email about the Q&A because you weren't qualified for that reward. However, you can see that as far as announcing the time for the Q&A, I did that for $8 patrons three days in advance on May 24 (link: <a href="https://www.patreon.com/posts/q-friday-may-26-11349288">https://www.patreon.com/posts/q-friday-may-26-11349288</a> ) and I also reminded patrons about the post when it went live, which is this post you're responding to right here. Additionally, when you asked me directly about the Q&A, I answered you on May 24 (link: <a href="https://www.patreon.com/posts/11274295">https://www.patreon.com/posts/11274295</a> ). If you want a refund for this month because you missed the Q&A, let me know, and I will give you one. I have no interest in taking someone's money from them when they are unwilling to donate to our show. However, I must make it clear that in this particular case, we did make the information about the Q&A available both to the general Patreon community and to you, specifically, when you asked about it. So please bear these facts in mind before suggesting that your money has ever been stolen.

2017-05-28 23:36:07 +0000 UTCfor starters when i tried to login it ask to have me sing up for 8$ instead of 5$ witch i did not want to but did any way because i felt it was compelling me because it would not give me access other wise it then made sign in so i thought ok so i gave my email and my password witch i use hear and i got password is incorrect did you forget your password no i did not so i log on and off the extra history sight and that' s fine but i could not get a to the Q&A and after 35 minute's i just quite what the hell happened .
