UV Tools extended cut!

I honestly hate that we have to cut our videos down the way we have to now. BUT that is what YouTube wants, so I guess that is what we do? What do you all think? Push for 15 minutes or keep the 20 minute videos we used to have? We can see that average view time is around 4-6 minutes per video and it is kind of a kick in the balls with all the work that we put into them to only have the average person watch like 4-5 minutes in, you know?
