However, the only scene I can think of that's similar to this is at the end of the first season when Mamoru is brainwashed by the Dark Kingdom and he fights Sailor Moon and she ends up having to kill him. This is not quite the direction I'm going for this, but the spirit is there, I think. With that being said, I do have some legitimate homages to Sailor Moon planned in my comic... As well as to Cybersix, Cardcaptor Sakura, Reboot, etc. Lots of my childhood cartoons have just stayed with me. No Tuxedo Mask daki in my bed though, I was more of a Nephrite guy anyway hahaha!
