For the scene between Ran and Kazuha, it’s Ran asking if Shinichi ever touched the handcuff links in Heiji’s charm. Remember in the "Murderer, Shinichi Kudo" specials, where the culprit had plastic surgery to look like Shinichi and then trap the real Shinichi somewhere and have him take the fall for a murder the imposter would commit. In the end, Heiji managed to prove that the imposter was not Shinichi thanks to fingerprints on the handcuff links – fingerprints Conan put there during the Naniwa Serial Murder Case (EP 118). So, now in this episode, Ran is questioning if Shinichi himself ever touched the charm, since the only person she saw touch it was Conan, to which Kazuha can’t give a solid answer to. It more-or-less foreshadows another suspicion arc, but don’t write it off just yet, as the particulars that surround this potential suspicion arc become more intriguing as the Bourbon Arc progresses. So, do remember this moment
