It's involuntary, she can't switch it on or off at will.
After I drew the part where Rasca finds the bottle ship and starts glowing, it occured to me, that Golieth reacted like he had already experienced that kind of reaction and I thought, "she must've done it before." I figured she definitely had to glow when Golieth presented her with a home.
So I had this in my mind for a while and since, for once, I am slightly ahead of schedule I drew it now so it can be in the comic.
I really like how this part came out^^
