It's a race between the Rare characters... maybe the next poll should be just rare characters, those who don't get the attention they deserve (the under 10 on .xxx club of Amber (although it feels wrong), An Ren, bolin (got some actual development in BtL), any of ndgo other than nebula, Joanne the untouched happy huntress, shion, Ivori and Kobalt, Marrow, Mata, Yuma (all 63 as well)) and you can cull that list by half if you remove one scene characters
