I think a peak into the actual history behind the man who was so horrifying he inspired the famous vampire Dracula. He was a fascinating man took Tsung Su's war philosophy are ran with them. I think it'd make a great entry for October! :)

We got a huge number of suggestions this month and they're all really varied, really fascinating topics, so who knows - whatever you're rooting for may indeed be in there. :)
