This series will probably air in January of 2015. Now that my power to influence people's votes is gone, I have to admit that I'm very surprised at this outcome! Surprised and happy: this is the sort of niche topic that we'd love to talk about, but weren't sure how often it would win in a contest against such familiar topics as the Life of Caesar. It's great to see such variety coming from the show so early in its lifetime. As far as the topics that didn't win, don't worry - they'll be back! In fact, we already have plans to bring a few of them back pretty soon...

Will be great to learn about the South Sea company. You rarely hear about the big trading guilds/companies of Europe, despite the fact they were sometimes more powerful than the surrounding nations.
