Monthly Update: October

Hello everyone, it's time to get some things in order and prepare for October.

TLDR;

• Current Status
   - Finishing GoonVR this week, last pages on Sunday
   - New comic planning & production
   - Dchan got a job, eventual QoL changes next year

Current Status

To start, the current comic 'GoonVR' is almost complete. There will be another update this Monday or Tuesday, finishing up the comic with the last 2 pages and cover.
I hope everyone enjoyed the comic, it was a bit more ambitious this time around, and it was fun to experiment a bit with some serious themes.

Planning for the next Variety comic will begin next week, and I will be making a separate post regarding the details and gauging the direction it will go based on feedback from you all.

On the game dev side of things, I haven't had much time to work on new art for the Yokai Office game, but will hopefully return to it this month.

I also have some good news, Dchan (my wife) secured a new job! :D
That means we will now have a dual income, making new things possible for the future.

What this means is that maybe by next year I'll be able to make some quality of life changes to my work and projects that I can do, like the game dev stuff and other things.
Not making big changes anytime soon, but small things that will help me get more out there consistently in the coming year.

I'll be starting around 11:00am EST each day and stream on picarto.tv/dsan

If you would like to upgrade your reward to have color or an additional character, you can use 2 months of rewards for a single piece.

You do not have to attend the streams, but please make sure you send in your requests before the end of the week!

Schedule

• October, Week 1 - GoonVR Wrap-up & Commissions
  Going to be working on completing the comic and finishing some scheduled commissions.
• October, Week 2 - Patreon Rewards & Next Comic Planning
  I'll start this week with the Patron Reward Stream followed by planning the new comic.
• October, Week 3 - New Comic production
  Will begin drawing the new comic and have pages up by Sunday
• October, Week 4 - Slipshine Comic
  Last project will be the monthly pages for the Perverted series for Slipshine
• October, Week 5 - October Patreon Rewards & Commissions
  Will work on the Patron Reward Stream for October at the beginning of the last week, before November. The rest of the week will be dedicated to commissions.
