I also think she's been out of battle for too long and like you said, probably was holding back to test out Kabutops abilities. The fear of blood is a huge problem for her if she has to fight or has to be the Hokage.

2025-06-21 21:45:06 +0000 UTCKabuto's knowledge of medical ninjutsu actually makes him very dangerous since he knows exactly were to attack someone to inflict the most damage. Medic ninjas have to be well versed not only in combat but have extensive knowledge of the anatomy to provide aid to their comrades, so they have a unique skillset compared to most other ninja.

Exactly, at this point how can Tsunade be the 5th Hokage with such a huge weakness that even a genin could use against her if they found out. About the Kabutops fight, my personal theory is at this point she's so stuck in her head, with depression and all the emotions to do with her trauma, and death etc, that she doesn't go all out. Every so often she says she'll kill them both, but then, if you see the fight, her expressions, it seems more like shes just observing or testing Kabuto's abilities (kind of like how Goku does this lol) more than just going straight to the kill. In the end she does easily heal herself and corner him, until ofc the phobia of blood is used against her. But other than that I think she easily outclasses Kabuto even with the food pill. Maybe she just hates killing and death so much she can't bring herself to commit to it

When you first saw Jiraiya, you didn't expect Jutsu like Toad Mouth Trap etc. She is a Sannin for a reason and a fan favourite for a reason. Lol just keep on watching
