Dragon Ball Super - Episode 63

Vegeta loves his speeches haha

Kaizen

Hell yeahh!

Kaizen

That's a nice observation!

Kaizen

I was about to say that you know a lot about psychology, just before I read your last part of your comment haha. I also like psychology and Maaike is interested in it as well. I think she would like that youtube channel

Kaizen

The fluctuation of how characters are portrayed because of all the different writers is kind of jarring.

Shamir Smith

I think in general, Toei’s approach to writing the events makes Goku look way worse than he is. In the manga version of the arc, Goku doesn’t forget the sealing jar. Instead, he’s given the wrong seal by Roshi. The goofiness of Goku isn’t a problem for me, it’s Toei’s way of executing it. There will be something similar in the next arc that will make Goku look like a major irresponsible asshole, but that’s largely because of how the anime executes the events. In the two arcs that haven’t been animated yet, Goku acts exactly like he does in Z, because Toyotaro grew up with Z and probably prefers that take on Goku

Hohoho

How many sisters do you have? Are they older or younger than you?

Shamir Smith

If I were Dr. Grande and he was doing a video about the character of Zamasu he would say, "What do I think is happening in this case? This is just a theory my opinion. Zamasu is self centered, grandiose, sadistic, falsely believes he is special, has a sense of entitlement, and is exceedingly creepy.

Shamir Smith

Zamasu is so weird. He's so obsessed with his own divinity that he basically talks to himself since he thinks all other beings including other gods are beneath him. He's extremely self-absorbed. A psychologist could do an entire case study on Zamasu's psychological profile since he's clearly a grandiose narcissist and exhibits other traits of the Dark Triad (narcissism, psychopathy, and Machiavellianism). Many cluster b traits for sure since fall in the category of being antisocial and lacking empathy. If I were to do a personality profile on Zamasu using the 5 factor model O.C.E.A.N. (Openness to experience, Conscientiousness, Extroversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism), I would say he has very low openness to experience, mid rang conscientiousness, low extroversion, very low agreeableness, and high neuroticism. Sorry, there's this YouTuber I watch named Dr. Grande who's a psychologist and I learn about all this stuff watching him. The mind is a fascinating thing.

The writers never miss when they write Vegeta's dialogue.

Shamir Smith

The rumor I heard about why Goku is so silly in Super is because in the original anime when they portrayed him as more heroic that wasn't Toriyama's original interpretation of his character. Toriyama always intended for Goku to just be some battle loving airhead who just likes to have a good fight. Him saving the world and the universe is just a byproduct since Goku is so inherently innocent, but Goku does always stand up for his friends and family though.

Shamir Smith

When Vegeta was telling Black why he'll never be a true saiyan you see how much respect he actually has for Goku. Clown is almost like a term of endearment!

Shamir Smith

YAS! Next episode is the beginning of the climax and A LOT of cool stuff happens.

Shamir Smith

Next few episodes are gonna go crazy!

Mr. Rico

Hilarious enough the reason Vegeta overcame the power gap was because he trained before he fought black again LOL. Fam tried to pull some speech shit when he just thought ahead for the next fight

Naruto Uzumaki

"It's all second hand and you'll never learn to think like that clown!" That speech mid beat down is honestly my second favorite Vegeta moment in all of Dragonball with the best moment to come next arc 😏
