If I recall correctly, she just had her bomb removed from her body at the end of Cell saga and no other changes from the dragon. How is base level kid Goten and Trunks keeping up with her when she owned Vegeta in his SSJ form?? There's no way they're stronger than Vegeta even from back then!

And if Videl somehow managed to continue on with the main gang (by Gohan holding her no doubt), she would either be another statue or... Dabura wouldn't waste his time on her. If she still hasn't vacated before going into the ship, then she'd probably be SOL. If you swapped her out with 18, then she'd be useful probably until Dabura, but that's only if he didn't hock a big sticky loogie on her before that XD
