Cell knows the Kamehameha, but its the lower amp version from the Saiyan saga (2.2x the user's power). You're right about Krillin though. He can spam a Solar Flare + Destructo Disk combo to make himself useful, but he just stands there, mouth agape. Though, it probably saved him some beatings. Heck, would 18 have smooched him if he tried to fight her? XD He's like a 4 foot version of Romeo - a hopeless romantic. But he's a really nice guy and the underdog. I think any woman would be lucky to have him. Too many Marons these days would chew him (and guys like him) up and spit him back out though.
