Progress report
Added 2022-03-26 17:20:13 +0000 UTCGiven how absurdly long it takes me to make videos these days, I really owe you all more frequent updates. I am currently hard at work on Alien Biospheres Part 13. The script is currently at about 4000 words, which is more or less on schedule, but filling out the word count is usually the easy part. However, as I expected, this episode is proving to be quite difficult to structure; it doesn’t really have a single unifying theme like Part 12, so at the moment it just feels like kind of a hodge-podge of random topics. Also, some of the topics I’m thinking of including are quite specific, and I’m struggling to decide whether I should only discuss them in brief to keep things simple, or if I should cover them in full for the sake of completion. Plus, without spoiling anything, there are certain… things… that need to happen in this episode in order for some stuff in the next episode to make sense, and it’s tricky to integrate them into the episode in a way that doesn’t feel forced. I’m really hoping I can get the whole thing finished by late May or Early June. I’ll aim to post more updates when I can.

If all else fails, I'm sure people would understand an explanation of "an aside, but we need to discuss something now that will become more relevant later", but I think I understand the desire to smoothly integrate the information.
