Outside (image pack)
Added 2018-04-20 16:25:45 +0000 UTCEarlier this month I was trying to figure out a better way to sell image packs. I came up with 3 possible solutions: Gumroad, Renderotica, and my own store site.
I liked Gumroad, quite a lot, but their terms restrict the upload of sexual and pornographic content. My earlier packs might be okay there, but my latest ones would not. I looked around at similar sites, but its all the same: no sexual content.
Renderotica is an adult 3D content store that I've gone to a few times for models. They also have user made image packs there. I sent in a sample to the site to see what they'd say. While my images have the right quality, they were not adult enough for the site.
Finally there is my own site. I have found at least one hosting service with a store that allows sexual content, but in order to run a store I need to pay monthly for the service.
I figured I could get onto Renderotica at least, so I made this image pack to be my first product there. It was quick to do, and in some cases I was rendering 2 or 3 images per day. The concept was just some vanilla, Playboy-like pinups with at least one 'centerfold': a 4K full body shot. I certainly managed to accomplish that, but it was overall too vanilla for their tastes. But hey, maybe you'll like it?
