New Donation Tier

This is a free commission tier, so after each paid upload (such as an animation or comic) you can bug me for a freebie :3 Its still a 'per upload' subscription, and since I didn't post anything in February, you guys were not charged this month. I am still here, and I do need to make something for you guys. Things are just a little hectic for me.
