Expressiveness in a drawing
Added 2022-06-28 18:49:03 +0000 UTCAs I explained before in this kind of post, a drawing has to tell a story, or more specifically in this case, has to tell us about the character.
After the face, hands are the most meaningful element to express, feelings, behavior, vibe, etc.
Abigail's position hands are quite similar to a silverback gorilla's ones, enhancing that way features in him such as fierceness, instinct, gross bearing, etc.
You might have not been directly aware of his similarity, but your unconscious mind does ; )
