Hey guys, I've noticed some stuff on patreon. A few people are facing declined pledges. This has been happening for awhile, so if you all can, please check ur settings and see what you can do. If not I'm gonna have to delete the people who had it happened a few times in a row, and I seriously don't want to do that. In other news, I'm trying to figure out how to block certain people who pledged. Why am I doing that you may ask. It is because that 4 people pledge, see what they want, and the retract. It kinda ruins my day really. As one person pledges high, then retracts in a matter of minutes. So, please check ur settings, thanks for pledging, and don't be a tool! 2015-04-02 05:35:44 +0000 UTCThe problem is that Patreon is a donation web site, not a web site for selling virtual goods. So, there is no really good way to protect your uploads, when you require a certain price for them. My advice - attract more patrons and make pledges lower.

2015-04-02 05:32:10 +0000 UTCOne thing that some people do to stop people from pledging then retracting before the payments hit is to only post censored content on their feeds and send out a download link to everyone that successfully paid with everything from that month packaged together.
