In the blink of an eye
The second holiday is here
A holiday for mothers
But one mother is no longer near
How quickly time passes!
It’s been a year of hope, joy, and love
For Meur hopes to send all the best things
To one mother up above
“Has heaven been treating you well?”
Meur wonders each day,
“How are Meur’s grandparents?
Is there time to have fun and play?”
Meur thinks there must be a lot of visiting
Going on in heaven
For Meur’s aunt is also dwelling
Up high in beautiful heaven
But for now Meur is here on earth
And here Meur will stay
As Meur tries to spread kindness and warmth
To Meur’s community, every day
To everyone up in heaven –
Meur loves you so much! –
Thank you for all the good memories you’ve given
To one little Meur here on earth 💕
