A Miyuki Lore Question for You

Clarissa first saw Miyuki naked, and vice versa? I have actually thought through a great many things that make up their backstory that have never come up, but I haven't settled on a good idea for this. Consider:
They met in college, Miyuki and Lyta were roommates in a dorm, Clarissa was their neighbor. (Separate unrelated issue, did Clarissa have a roommate? If so, who is she?)
Clarissa would have been the second person Miyuki met on move in day, after Lyta.
Miyuki probably had a crush on Clarissa as soon as she met her, which is natural of course, everyone loves Clarissa. And vice versa, most likely.
So easy answers are: the dorms share a bathroom, and therefore they'd meet in and around the showers, in the locker room at the gym, or after they started a romantic relationship, but those answers aren't very interesting (also dorm bathrooms had individual private showers when I was there, and that was a while ago now). I feel a more memorable pair of scenarios is called for. Consider further:
I'm thinking it should be separate incidents, so one girl is nude while the other girl is still clothed.
It should not be an intentional or engineered encounter; nudity may or may not be intentional, but if it is then they'd meet at random.
They're not in a romantic relationship yet but would be on the way to one; it's more memorable and exciting/embarrassing to see/be seen by attractive neighbor with no clothes on than someone you've entered into a no-clothes-on-activities arrangement with. Also, probably happened pretty early in their acquaintance, knowing how the girls are about taking their clothes off.
I had thought of a nude dare gone sideways originally, because the girls are always doing that kind of thing. But it doesn't make sense for all of them not to be there when the dare happens, dares are very much a group thing. Presumably the dares would have started after this incident.

2025-02-18 16:44:17 +0000 UTCYou've already done this before but you could have one girl get locked out of her dorm and knock on the neighbor's door to crash there for a bit. This could work either direction with Lyta being a sound sleeper or Clarissa on her own.

2025-01-10 12:34:38 +0000 UTCThe ninjas all start training as children - I read somewhere once (and this seems unlikely, but most ninja literature is largely made up so there you go) that it took 14 years to become a fully qualified ninja, so Miyuki would have started at 8 yo and would have her ninja degree by 22, her "current" age. She met Clarissa at 18 so she would be in the most advanced stages of training by then - probably undertaking supervised missions, but also doing random, extracurricular activities, knowing Miyuki. Thing is, Miyuki's never otherwise been shown as worried about people seeing her being a ninja so long as she has her face covered (the mask is somehow a foolproof disguise even though it only covers the lower half of her face and it's obviously her; other characters never figure it out). Maybe she lost her clothes during the ninja mission somehow; maybe she had to wear an evening gown as a disguise and needed to take it off to climb out a window, or she got captured and later escaped, but was stripped by the bad guys in the interim - that's kind of a tone shift though from gritty crime drama to light hearted nudity. I do like the idea of the two of them walking home across a deserted campus at night, with Miyuki giving an increasingly outlandish excuse while trying to cover up, and Clarissa enjoying the show.

Okay. Miyuki was at the beach and lost her swimsuit and Calrissa is the one who found her hiding/made her realize she's naked.

The most I can say for Clarissa is she'd probably be so used to no one coming at her door that her guard would be down and open the door before realizing what she just did. That said, if we are going outside the dorms, art class is always an option if an accident didn't happen.

There could be something in she’s sneaking back from ninja assignment to her dorm, is about to get caught by someone in the halls in her ninja uniform so strips and hides her clothes behind a bush or in a trash can or something, because on paper it’s less trouble for her to seen naked than outed as ninjas, but opps! It was Clarissa! Now she’s standing there butt ass naked and has to explain that to her.

Clarissa not having a roommate means (in theory) she might be hanging out in her room without clothes, but it also means there isn't someone to open the door on her unexpectedly, so it could go either way. I'm thinking it should happen away from their dorm rooms so they can't just duck in and get dressed again.
