Primed with a variety of cocktails, stupendous in their quantity and variety, Kiana climbed on top of a police SUV, because the strobing LEDs look pretty club-like, so what better place to dance?

To everyone's surprise, she responded to Miyuki's suggestion ("Woooo, take it off!") with a determination and thoroughness that would go down in local legend, continuing to dance nude after her clothes sailed off into the shadows, and in defiance of repeated calls to come down from the police officers, who don't have a sense of humor about this sort of thing.

Luckily, some sort of ninja distraction (smoke bomb, accompanied by yelling "distraction!") allowed Kiana's friends to hustle her away. And so her freedom was saved though her modesty was lost, and she'd go on to meet the new year among new friends, wearing nothing but a smile.
