I'm so happy to see your reaction to this! I was planning to just watch episode 1 because of MC Taemin, since I didn't know any of the groups and didn't know if I'd be able to get past all the reality show bs to enjoy the performances. But once I did, I wanted to get someone else's take that knows more about the groups and kpop in general. I had almost the exact same preference order for the group performances and for the same reasons! Crazy! I have to say, I did fall a little bit in love with Oneus this week- thanks in major part to clearly live vocals for all the members. And 8Turn was so good as well!

I love all the groups but Cravity are ults and Oneus are baby ults so i am rooting for them the most. I didnt handle seeing my sunshine cutie pie ult bias Hyeongjun crying. Also there is a way for you to watch the show without needing a vpn. Its on Kisskh subbed and the subs are not doubled. Also whenever you called Hyeongjun cute it just made me smile so much cause he is one of the cutest people to exist. It was hard for me to rank the performances without being biased so i just decided to just enjoy them without ranking them. But my cutie pie definitely wasnt last place so i didnt like that he was ranked last place. Fun fact alot of people from the different groups know each other. Eunsang (Younite leader) was in produce x 101 with 4 Cravity members and was in X1 with 2 of the 4 Cravity members which were Minee and my cutie pie Hyeongjun. Hanbin from tempest was on i-land with Geonu ( thecrewone leader). The New Six was formed on LOUD and 1 member from Younite was also on the show. Keonhee, Hwanwoong, Seoho all were on Produce 101 Season 2 with 2 Tempest members Hyeongseop and Lew (Tempest Leader).

For the team performances it would have to be 1 Oneus 2 Tempest 3 8 Turn 4 The New Six 5 The Crew One 6 Younite I agree I don’t think some of the team performances were live at the moment. I definitely think Younite was live rapping, Tempest was part live, Oneus killed it with live vocals!

So for Mnet to be so shitty not only to them but our fandom to not them them perform the first day? Like I expect Mnet to do something shitty like this maybe starting the second episode, but from the beginning?! I’m pissed honestly. My boys deserve better! Hopefully we’ll get to see them shine next episode! Also I know poor Hyeongjun probably beat himself up so much even though it wasn’t really his fault. He seems to put a lot of pressure on himself. I hope this doesn’t put him down too much and he can push forward to show what they have next time!

2024-10-02 06:07:30 +0000 UTCalso this show is more about the performance aspect of being on stage rather than live vocals. there are a lot of times especially when the choreography is over the top they will use pre-recorded vocals. more particularly with the first episodes intro stages, they also did so last season. the rapping was the aspect that was mostly live. but as the show progresses they use a backtrack and they’ll sing over it. also yes, junhyeok from tnx was absent for a long time which is why his other members got so emotional seeing him perform again especially a song like drowning which is vulnerable and captured a lot of the pain he was feeling. ):

2024-10-02 02:08:57 +0000 UTCmnet not allowing cravity to show their performance pissed me all the way off. 😭 typical mnet to add in something so cruel from the jump. like i understand they wanted to emphasize how important the ace is but they hands down could the shown so in a way less hurtful. my ranking for the ace battle was. 1. myungho 8turn 2. hwanwoong 3. junhyeok tnx 4. lim jimin tc1 5. dey younite 6. hyeongjun cravity 7. hanbin tempest. the team battle was so HARD for me to choose a favorite ranking but. 1. 8turn! 2. oneus 3.tnx 4. tempest 5. younite. i didn’t include the crew one bcs i feel like honestly i wanted to rank them tied with tnx but they didn’t show anything other than dance so it really isn’t fair to place them so high. but they STOLE my heart completely as a group. i feel like it had to do with the fact that they only recently merged teams and they said they didn’t have a lot of time to prepare. if anything they could have done a merge of the two groups songs but at the same time i can see if they didn’t have enough time why they didn’t. i went into the show with cravity as my top priority, and the ones i would root for the most along with supporting oneus and tnx. the other groups i don’t really know ( aside from jimin i was a fan of him when he released solo before he was in a group ) but they made a huge fan out of me ESPECIALLY MY 8TURN BABIES. 😭😭 I LOVE THEM SMM.

According to the MNET’s Road To Kingdom 2 teaser, The CrewOne debuted on July 30, 2024, the day they performed together for the first time.

I can't wait for your reaction to the next episode. TheCrewOne is formed by JustB and ATBO. Both groups are from different companies. TheCrewOne is managed by the company of ATBO. ATBO is the brother group of The Boyz. The comment about that TheCrewOne look liked The Boyz was funny. ATBO was indeed in Peaktime and the guy you pointed out is indeed from ATBO. He is the leader of ATBO. Two members of JUSTB Geonu ( leader of JUSTB and TheCrewOne) and Bain were in the same survival which Donghyun of A.C.E was in. The cutie pie from Cravity is Hyeongjun who is also my bias. The logo is of the show, not of the groups. I am watching the show for Oneus and Cravity, but I love to get to know other groups and see the amazing performances and interactions between the groups.
