Like, the man straight out told them not to taste one and assume anything about the other. And they swore they would taste everything. Lolol.

In Korean cooking, there is regular salt and "mat" flavoring salt which is a different kind of salt used differently than regular salt. It was tricky that they were right next to each other but I believe both teams had regular salt, flavoring salt, and sugar available to them. I think that's why Suga was adamant that they try it because generally there is more than one salt to use. But it made for a hilarious episode!
