Why the 'plus' you ask?
Because it's expanding on what the carepack nº5 was — so instead of having part1 & part2 separately, I decided to make an upgraded full version to replace the old one. Not only adds new nsfw pages and the sfw alts, but also a rework of Karina's first page, and updated PSDs with them.
