Burn out? Kinda? / Plans for this round.

Hey guys, I'm here with a texty update to catch up with everyone, before moving on to the fun things.

Ok so... it's been a bit weird couple of weeks. For context, in preparation for Winter (south hemisphere, yes) I started taking care of a number of changes needed in home, which was basically a lot of moving parts and transporting things in and out of the apartment, then in and out of storage, day over day. Not a problem there really, though it did result in a lot of exhaustion. (ಥ︿ಥ)

THE problem was... during all this ordeal, I couldn't help slipping into a very problem-solving, physical mood, and not at all in a creative vein. So when I did find time to sit and work on my art... I got VERY stuck, feeling numb and unable to visualize anything fresh, which spiraled into frustration and worse, anti-creative moods. Trying again, distancing; then again, distancing even more. But being me, and seeing the calendar wouldn't just stop to let me breathe, I didn't allow myself to make a clean cut from that nasty loop for a proper break. So...... I kinda burned myself out. Classic-me much?

And I feel like I wasted a lot of time there. Extra bummer.

I'm climbing up a little past it now, but still kinda lagging. So I think the best choice ahead is aiming for something simply fun and relaxing, to ease the art-gears back into action — and that's what CarePacks are for. Also this time I'll give you a bit more interactive poll to choose with ...but that's in the next post! See you there!

Seriously no worries. We got you. Do what you gotta do. Art is a double edge sword and your content is so worth the wait on out end. Relax and have fun. :)

I'm your Patron because it's always been worth the wait. Do what you have to do, I certainly will appreciate whatever comes of it, if it takes longer, so be it. 😁
