Where I come from there are two kinds of demons. Literal and Figurative ones. Literal demon are just that literal demon. Figurative demon are anyone or thing that act in a way that can be considered demonic. Always thought it was interesting that in a large cases when it comes to foresight it allows you to see the result but not the process. Only see the result means you can not prevent the process thus negating the results.
