Added 2024-10-31 19:26:40 +0000 UTCI've been gone, but I'm back! Did you think I'd miss Halloween??? It's been a weird few months, if you haven't heard, but I couldn't miss a UDUG for the spooky season!
Between surgery recovery, starting detox from my mold exposure, and looking at new apartments, I've managed to mostly get back to work. But I wasn't able to have a proper poll for UDUG voting this month. I was waiting until I recovered from surgery because I didn't think it would be very long, but I was out for two weeks. There was too much going on and it was so late in the month, I realized there really wasn't time for a poll! So I made the executive decision to try out some Halloween Doom Mods, a topic that had been in the poll's before (and was 2nd place April!)
In this video there is - a freshly released mod called Unseen Evil that remakes classic Doom in the style of Doom 64 (complete with the exclusive spookier soundtrack), Zombies Ate My Neighbors a classic 16-bit game remade for 3D, and Splatterhouse an ultra-violent classic perfect for Doom.
Tomorrow is the 1st which means we'll have the voting for November starting! Let's not waste time this month! I'll see you then!
