State of the Skeleton 7/4-7/8: Scripts, scripts, and more scripts

Hi guys, Grace here! This week was a bit of a grab bag while we both worked on different projects. Without further ado...

Monday 7/4

Sometimes videos come together really easily and sometimes they are like pulling teeth! Today Derek watched a new cut of the Konami video and I got started on the Ouya and continued working on Game Room. Things feel like they are moving a bit slow right now but trying to keep our heads down and push through it! Seems like we’ll have to delay the Konami video until next week.

Tuesday 7/5

Last night was rough because fireworks in our neighborhood kept us up way into the early morning. Took it easy for the first half of the day organizing the new set. It's really coming together! It's going to free up so much space once we get all of the collection organized. Derek found out a way to MacGyver a way to double stack the shelves with some old 4x4s and cardboard we had lying around. Then we split up and worked on our scripting projects; Derek on Crash Bandicoot and me on the Ouya.

Wednesday 7/6

I was feeling under the weather today and ended up feeling low today so I slugged through misc tasks. Derek had to buy a VCR to get some additional b-roll shots for Konami brawlers. Having the time to do fun stuff like this is great, but also necessary because the video switched subjects really quickly and it was hard to keep up. With any luck this will improve the overall pacing of the video.

Thursday 7/7

Derek worked more on the Crash script while I focused on Game room.

Friday 7/8

We filmed some liveshots today and crawled to the finish line! I had a very low energy level this week and am hoping some rest this weekend will help rejuvenate me.
