Build a MHIRA Workshop?

Today, we have a phoenix boi, but his personality is still undecided, so I thought I'd leave that up to you.
We're going to have two votes:
- First, this one to determine his personality.
- and second, a vote to determine his greatest insecurity (Because damaged bois make for such good comfort UwU)
