Here is a written guide to make sure you are getting all of your associated perks:
Talishar Card Back
1) Log in to Talishar.net
2) Click your Profile on the top right
3) Click Connect to Patreon
4) Follow off-site instructions
5) Join a game
6) Click the hamburger menu in the top right
7) Scroll down to Select a Sleeve
Physical Tokens
1) Log in to Patreon.com
2) Click on Settings on the left column
3) Under Settings, click on Account
4) Under Shipping Address, click Add Address
5) Under Use this address for:, select Man Sant
6) Click Save
Join the Discord for #patreon-chat and notifications
1) Navigate to Apps
2) Click Connect
3) Authorize the Patreon bot
4) Check you've been given the Patron role on the League of Levia
5) If yes, you now have access to #patron-announcements where there are further instructions
