I know their "related posts" is a big issue for accessibility stuff. Even a browsers build in reader mode will grab the text inside the related post instead of the actual post viewed. This can be fixed with a CSS editing extension like stylebot or something similar to hide the related posts element but for some reason every few weeks they change the class selector to something different. I've got a long list of elements to hide with labels like "sc-8bf48617-0.hUdgkT" by now just to be able to get the chapter I want to read show up in reader. This means any more substantial customisation of how the site displays would be a nightmare.

(Who am I kidding, no clean design can be anough to help with integrating Patreon with TTS, they are probably using anti-scraping methods, with how fucked up it displays on automatic readers.)
