Road to Golden Demon 2024: Part 4 Trugg's Horns
Added 2024-09-21 15:10:17 +0000 UTCHello everyone! 2 videos are out today one on the Skin and this one on the Horns for Trugg. This project has been very intense trying to get it completed for Golden Demon Germany early next month. I plan to release an update video soon explaining some of the many hurdles I have faced along the way, during the painting process and also recently the resin pour on the plinth which was close to being a disaster but it seems I have recovered it. The next couple of videos are edited but obviously I will stagger these out a little as early next month I will be travelling to Essen for the painting competition for a few days. Only 11 days left to get the project done now! Good luck to everyone else attending and hopefully I get to meet a few of you there.

Thanks! I'm working on a conversion chart for Citadel/AK. Basically I really prefer the coverage, consistency, smoothness and slightly more matt finish of of many of the AK range so that's why I am seeking to replace them where possible.

I noted you integrated more AK paints (I believe you have been using their White and Black for a long time). Any particular reason? Is the change of formulation (tone and consistency) of some GW colors a reason? I wonder if you have somehow an overview of the paints you swapped and their GW/AK correspondence (thinking about the impressive 'Eavy Archive site). Once again a huge Congrats and Thank You
