Patreon will be adding sales tax to patronage starting July 1st
Added 2020-05-28 20:02:57 +0000 UTCI know this isn't my normal thing, but Patreon has been telling me this for a while and it would be wrong not to bring it up directly to patrons.

I think this means that your July patronage will have more taxes applied to them, based on how Patreon (and your particular government) applies sales tax to content.
I'm trying to keep things as open and honest as I can, folks; that includes the bad news things like this.
I don't think there's anything you need to do, but the cost will be slightly higher to patrons.
