The hair looked good! As far as general content goes I forget how much you do regularly, but I've heard a good way to work with that is to try and keep yourself from going overboard with new stuff. Like keep a certain percentage of the content "new" and unique, and the other part more standard. That keeps people both interested and lets some new stuff in, while keeping what people like and keeping you from getting creatively overdrawn. Personal attention with sister sounds fun.

But some other ideas off the top of my head; "cranial nerve exam but the doctor is making up tests", "flight attendant who disapproves of all your choices and talks you into her favorite drink, snack, meal, etc." and "head and neck massage but the masseuse won't stop telling you about her TLC reality show level family drama so you can't relax." :)
