［重要なお知らせ］② pixivの規約改定と今後の活動について

支援者の皆さまに、ピクシブの規約が12月15日に改訂される事についてご報告があります！

規約の改訂により、今後pixivFANBOXに以外の内容が該当する作品を公開する事が出来なくなります。

・児童ポルノまたは児童虐待

・近親相姦

・獣姦

・レイプ (同意の無い性的行為)

・人または体の非合法的な切断　

など公序良俗に反する行為

デッドハントシリーズの世界観的に、グロテスク系やレイプ系のイラストを多数投稿しておりますが、今後そういった作品をFANBOXで公開する事が出来なくなります。※ pixivの方で公開する事は可能です

それと、私の制作したオリキャラである

レイチェル・トーマスについてですが...

彼女の年齢は一応17歳ですが、見た目はかなり幼いので児童ポルノまたは児童虐待に該当する恐れがあります。ですので、彼女が登場する作品も今後公開出来なくなります。

そして、過去に投稿した作品も対象となる為、彼女が登場するイラスト作品も大量に非公開にしなければならない状況となってしまいました。

思い出のある作品が沢山ありますので、正直辛いですが仕方がないですね...

プロレス関連のイラストについては、特に問題ないと思いますので公開を続ける事ができますが、pixivFANBOXの運用方法について、色々と考えなければいけない場面となりました。

現在何も決まっていませんが、考えられる運用方法についていくつか案があります

①グロテスク系やレイプ系のイラスト作品、レイチェルのような見た目が幼い子が登場する作品を封印し、ソフトなイラストを中心に制作して今まで通り運用する。

②pixivでは、今まで通り様々な作品を投稿する事が出来るので、pixivの方に完成した作品を投稿し、FANBOXの方では、作品の制作方針や、様々な議題について意見を交換出来る支援者限定の交流の場や、FANBOX限定のイラスト等を投稿して、投げ銭専用で運用する。

③FANBOXの運用を停止して、他の支援サイトを活用する。

グロ関連が元々苦手な人にとっては、①で問題無いと思いますが、グロ関連が好きな人は②③の方法でしか閲覧する出来ないと思います。

他にも様々な方法があるかもしれませんので、色々と考えてみますが、少なくとも今まで通りの運用方法で作品を投稿出来なくなりますので、ご理解頂けたら幸いです。

Due to the revision of the terms and conditions, you will no longer be able to publish your works on pixivFANBOX with any contents other than those listed below.

Child pornography or child abuse

Incest

Bestiality

Rape (sexual acts without consent)

Illegal mutilation of the person or body

Acts that are offensive to public order and morals, such as

Due to the worldview of the Dead Hunt series, we have posted many grotesque and rape illustrations, and we will no longer be able to publish such works on fanbox. (You can still publish your illustrations on pixiv.

Also, regarding Rachel Thomas, an original character I created, her age is 17 years old, but she looks very young, so there is a risk that she may fall under the category of child pornography or child abuse. Therefore, I will no longer be able to publish any works in which she appears.

And since her past works are also subject to this rule, we have had to close a large number of her illustrations to the public.

To be honest, it is painful, but it can't be helped, because there are many works that I have fond memories of...

I can continue to publish my pro-wrestling related illustrations because I don't think there is any problem, but I have to think a lot about how to operate pixivFANBOX.

Nothing has been decided yet, but I have some ideas on how to operate the pixivFANBOX.

(1) Seal off grotesque and rape-related illustration works, and works with young-looking children like Rachel, and produce mainly soft illustrations and operate as before.

(2) On pixiv, we can post various works as before, so we will post completed works on pixiv, and on fanbox, we will post illustrations only for fanbox and a place for exchange of opinions on various topics, such as production policy of works, etc., and we will operate the fanbox exclusively for donations. FANBOX is a place for supporters to exchange opinions on the production policy and various topics.

(3) FANBOX operation will be suspended and other support sites will be utilized.

For those who are not fond of grotesque-related issues, (1) should be fine, but for those who like grotesque-related issues, (2) and (3) are the only ways to view the site.

There may be various other ways, and we will consider them, but we would appreciate your understanding that at least you will not be able to submit your works as before.
