Spankfolio moving forward to stage 2.

Hi. Last week was hard, and I didn't post anything because all my work was almost all about the gameplay. Tax mitigation was quite a thing, and integrating it with investments was another. But the most difficult part was making this funny and challenging and not boring. I guess I managed to survive through it and already finished 95%. I will finish the rest, and make many adjustments as I work on the 2nd stage: THE STORY. During this process I'll make the core of the spanking scenes, so next updates will be very interesting. Also, making the screens design took sometime.

These is how it will be: You check the news... In this case, it predicts a normal day with not much movements. Going up or down 2% in stable stocks and 10% in risky stocks.

Let's imagine you go conservative, as Mrs. Hannah, Greta's mom, is pacient and her deadline is in 2 days..

And when you finished... there's an EMERGENCY BULLETIN about the exotic Madame Tremont (who will be a key char in Melvin's super game) This means Sorebum and RedCheeks will rise to the sky! The only problem is that you can only change one client's "gambling" (in the end, this game will be like gambling), because SpankedJones is about to close.

Mrs. Hannah or Ms. Appleby? Ms. Appleby's deadline is for tomorrow, so she's more urgent. But, Mrs. Hannah invested more money, and profits for the company would be better...

The big problem is that Fiona Moreau won't care, and doesn't accept any excuse why a client didn't maximize her profit. She only demands PERFECTION. So, the outcome is this:

Next day, SpankedJones Index turns wild, which means stocks can go to the top or to the bottom, and the client may duplicate her fortune or loss EVERYTHING if you go for the riskier stocks.

To make things even harder, you had to deal with this troublesome lady who owns 2 million in taxes!!!

It was hard, but you managed to reduce her taxes to ZERO. Unfortunately, but things went awfully bad at SpankedJones.

Therefore, Fiona got really mad (I have only begun the OTKs with hand, but definitely, in this catastrophic case she would use paddle, hairbrush, cane...)

... or perhaps, a very unsatisfied client will show up and deal with you.

Yes, that's just a normal day in CaneCapital.

This is the gameplay. Almost everyday, you'll get a hot spanking scene (not all OTK), no matter if you performed poorly or brilliantly. Every time something extraordinary happens with a client, which could be making her lose it all or double her fortune, the story will progress. As the story progresses, you get more positions, implements, spanking ladies, and non-spanking kinks (all kind of --jobs). And so on... until you reach the GRAND FINALE with the best scenes, and a very important scene that will lead to the big games. Unlike Bratwatch, there will be a story inside. And like Bratwatch, it will be another FEAST!

See you till the next update!

Speaking of release....I can't wait to release something else over Fiona's beautiful nylon-clad lap!

It won't matter if wins and loses are the same, because if you double the capital, or lose it all, you will unlock a scene and progress in the game. It can also happen if a client gets loses or gains in 3 consecutive days. You will be able to finish the game without winning or losing all, but it will take more time, and you may miss some special scenes, and the spankings will be different. The objective in the game is not earning a billion spanky-dollars, but to finish the story. The plot, which I won't reveal for now, will make it clear why. I'm working on it, and I can't give many details.

From stock market games I've seen in the past, you will probably have better results if stocks generally maximum gain about twice what they generally maximum lose with little unpredictable variations, of course. Otherwise, Sorebum will be a suicide stock! It'll also be more interesting if each stock has its own individual quirks and trends rather than adhering to a strict formula. An AI market engine of some sort could be interesting, with a mind of its own that is not 100% predictable and therefore likely either easily solvable or doomed every time. No idea if that's doable, though!

No. I never attended business classes. In fact, I’ve always suck in making business. However, I always follow financial news and youtube channels, just for trying to understand what’s going on. I want to make this game straight forward, no going back if you underperform, and just going slower (sometimes very slow) if you fail. It will be in some way like Mrs. Rachel, you do some decisions, those decisions define how she punishes you. And as the game and story progres, the spankings get more interesting. That’s because this game will be more story focused than Bratwatch, which was more a traditional game where replays tend to be frustrating if you can’t obtain the achievement.

Sounds like this game might have a lot of replay value, unless I'm misreading something. (Admittedly, though I loved Bratwatch, replay seemed a bit cumbersome.) Different stock investments/losses may mean different types of spankings. Hmmmmm. Why do I get the distinct impression that you might just be currently attending or have previously attended your fair share of business classes while you were at university studying music? You seem really into the whole stock market scenario on a personal level. Could just be me wildly speculating....and I don't mean in the stock market! I am going to COMPLETELY suck at making knowledgeable decisions in this game. But the good news is that it does not seem to matter TOO much, since the consequences (spanking!!) make it all worthwhile.

Sounds like fun and looking incredibly amazing! Fiona is especially gorgeous and her otks in those beautiful nylons and heels are looking really super hot- can’t wait for this release!
