Chapter 111 – The Emperor's Vision

Above the shattered surface of Hala, the Emperor stood on Bucephalus, gazing down at the violent war below. His clawed hand was raised, palm outstretched, fingers trembling with a power only he could fully comprehend. The battle raged, the forces of the Imperium clashing against the last vestiges of the Kree Empire in a final, bloody struggle. Yet, his mind was elsewhere, focused on a much larger, more profound task.

The Space Stone, gleaming with an unnatural light, was held in his other hand, its energy pulsating like a heartbeat. To the casual observer, the stone might appear as a mere relic, a powerful artifact, perhaps. But to the Emperor, it was far more. This stone was a key, a key to something unimaginable. He knew this because, in his heart, he knew the multiverse existed. He knew it because his soul had traveled from another reality, one far removed from this. A reality where the laws of physics and logic held dominion over all, where the very concept of parallel universes was not just a theory, but a fact.

The energy inside the Space Stone was infinite. It could manipulate space itself, fold it and twist it until reality became malleable. The Emperor had already understood the limitations of the Marvel Universe's Infinity Stones, mthey were bound to their native universe, unable to transcend into others. But he had learned to extract and harness their power. The Space Stone was no different. It could open portals, warp reality, and perhaps, with enough time and study, unlock doors to entire universes beyond his reach.

Above him, the five Primarchs, Sanguinius, Vulkan, Lion El'Jonson, Rogal Dorn, and Leman Russ, led their Legions in their final battle against the Kree. But the Emperor's thoughts drifted back to the task at hand, to the Space Stone and the limitless possibilities it offered. It could help him shape the future of humanity, not just across the stars of this universe, but into the very fabric of the multiverse itself.

His thoughts turned to the future, to the multiverse. The Kree Empire would fall, its leaders vanquished. But what of the countless worlds beyond the reach of this universe? What of the civilizations yet unknown, the realms untouched by the Imperium? The Emperor’s will stretched beyond the limits of time and space, and he saw in the Space Stone a tool capable of conquering it all.

In a moment of deep concentration, the Emperor extended his clawed hand, and the metal of the claw in the Emperor hand reorganized with his psychic power. The very essence of his mind and the Space Stone’s energy intertwined, merging with a purpose greater than any mortal could comprehend. A hollow space opened in the claw, a perfect, circular void, waiting for the stone to fit within.

His heart quickened as he placed the Space Stone into the hollow. The stone reacted almost immediately, energy rippling outward, filling the space around him with an intense, vibrant glow. The Emperor stood still, watching as the power of the stone melded with his own, each pulse of its energy a confirmation of what he already knew: the potential was limitless.

His mind raced through the implications of what this power meant. The Tesseract Gate, a creation born of his own ingenuity, used the Space Stone as its core. It was more than just a device for traversing the stars, it was a gateway to other realities, to parallel universes that lay waiting to be explored, conquered, and ultimately brought under the Imperium's iron grip.

The stone’s energy swirled around him, a chaotic dance of potential and power. The possibilities stretched out before him like a vast, uncharted ocean. The Emperor’s thoughts, though centered on this moment, were also mindful of what lay beyond. The Imperium would not just conquer this universe, but all others. The almost infinite multiverse was within his grasp.

Back on the war-torn surface of Hala, Perturabo was already carrying out the Emperor’s will, expanding the Imperium’s dominion. He ordered the destruction of Xenos worlds with brutal efficiency, and with each new conquest, the Tesseract Gates were built, one after another, each linking a new world to the Imperium’s growing empire. As Perturabo marched across the stars, he encountered civilizations in their infancy, Xenos races that had yet to conquer their own world, but whose potential for unity and power had been twisted by the corrupting influence of the Chaos Gods.

One such world came under Perturabo's hammer. The Xenos there, united under a single banner, yet corrupted beyond saving, were judged by the Iron Warriors’ masterful siege tactics. With an exterminatus strike, the planet was turned to glass, a fitting tribute to the Imperium’s unwavering determination to wipe out all that stood in the way of its ascension. (From the 64 chapter I think)

The Emperor knew that Perturabo’s actions were but a small part of the grand scheme. The battle for Hala, the fall of the Kree Empire, it was all necessary. But it was only the beginning. His gaze drifted from Bucephalus’s command deck to the stars themselves. The Tesseract Gates, a network stretching through the galaxy, would open portals to far-flung worlds, allowing humanity to colonize and control them. But they were also the first step in the Emperor’s true ambition: to control the multiverse itself.

The Kree were just the first in a long line of civilizations to fall before the might of the Imperium. But the true challenge was what lay beyond. And the Emperor, with the power of the Space Stone and the Tesseract Gates, would be ready to face it.

His gaze shifted to the battlefield below. The Primarchs, his sons, fought with all the fury of a thousand suns. Their Legions, too, were relentless in their assault. The Kree would fall, and with them, the last remnants of a dying empire.

The Emperor’s voice, calm and unwavering, echoed across the command deck. "The multiverse awaits," he whispered to himself, his thoughts already turned toward the future, toward the conquest of infinite realities. "And humanity will be its master."
