We know you love your baby and you are doing a great job!! And it is completely normal for new moms to feel odd with their new life ❤️. We need to normalize that 😊. The situation you are living at the moment, it’s not easy. Life is not easy right now; it will be alright; it may take some time but it will be ok. You know what? A video idea could be talking about life after baby. Perhaps you could reach others out there going through the same.

They usually offer next day appointments starting at 3pm for those that have cancelled! So please check around that time it saved me discovering this and I was able to book a next day appointment. Otherwise it wasn’t for another 3 months! I hope that helps you 💕 🍀

But mine has just turned one and I promise it really does get easier as they get older. Keep being kind to yourself and keep looking after yourself. Ask for help if you need it, but it's totally okay to say 'no' to help if it's not the right help for you and your baby. You got this!
