Industrial District - Champion Tier
Added 2023-09-01 07:52:33 +0000 UTCThe gritty inner city is comprised of the Industrial District. An overcrowded area, filled with wagons and porters. Smokestacks line the horizon whilst dingy brick and worn wood buildings make up the façade. There are smiths and millers, carpenters, and smelters. The sounds of boilers and the chopping of wood fill the air, there are calls and shouts, it is best to watch your step. You can find a crafter of any trade in the industrial district, there are even some tinkerers and inventors if you have an idea of your own. And always be sure to check with the City Surveyor before starting a new project, just to be safe.
The Industrial District scenario set is a generic map kit of a Middle Ages city. There are four separate maps with a total of 25 different workshops. The maps fit together to make a proper city scene that can be explored by the characters during game play. There are also alternate versions of each map that feature extraplanar interiors, making each shop seem like it’s in another dimension, per se. There are short descriptions of each workshop, which can be used on-the-fly (although it is helpful to read through this entire manual first). The Industrial District is a great mega map for urban gaming, it can dropped into any world and used with most pre-existing cities, regardless of the system. It is perfect for letting the Player Character’s run around a full-scale urban environment. GM Hint. This map can be used with all the other Master Maps CityScape Districts: Docks, Gates, Tavern, Market, Temple, Prison, and even Crimson Castle.
