Hello peeps, this month I'd say I achieved my minimum goal for animations. So, let's get into it.
I completed something in the window of 20 animation sets (sets cause male and female though male is much lower effort) this month all related to the blow job training event.
These gifs are some of those animations. Note as usual they're rendered in blender and lack real-time stuff like physics and most expressions.
My expectations were low cause I've actually never animated a blow job (or related animations) before, so I expected to spend some time deliberating on what I like lol. And that's basically what happened.
At the moment all of the level 1 interactions have been completed.
What's left for this is (in order of importance):
Cumming animations
Post cumming animations (swallow, spit, conclusion)
Combination/Level 2 animations
Intense Blow job animations
Intense cumming animations
At the moment for the steam release, I believe only the first two are needed to have the feature functional, then future updates can expand adding the additional animations.
Most stuff is tame atm cause it's intended to escalate as the story progresses and as such with story act releases. So early basic stuff only being available is fine.
My current headspace is "Continue doing animations" I still have a few animations needed for blowjob training to be fully functional. But beyond that there's other content that needs animations and more planning at least a basic pose even if not animated.
I still feel like there's a lot to go on the animation front, and I should just knock them out to get to a release viable for steam. Whatever else ends up just implementation and polish which is easier and then there's a string of releases behind it.
Working on an update just to implement the current blowjob training animations without the feature actually being complete is kinda pointless (it also needs some additional writing...). And all my other current goals are really just focusing on cinematics which need animation anyway.
So maybe I'll continue with animations, then focus on implementation from then on so I mostly don't need to worry about it.

Since I focused on animations and did animations, there's not much to say atm. I know I've been talking about doing a roadmap but I'm still not exactly clear on that. I don't think I will be until those necessary animations get done. Cause once those are out of the way, it's really just content planning besides certain new features added post steam release.
