"Our Apartment" Updates and Other Info!

Hello peeps, while I'm still drowning in work I need to get done, I am making progress on "Our Apartment". Here's some details on whats been happening.

"Our Apartment" Development

I have a programmer I'll be hiring for "Our Apartment" work, which will mostly be small stuff as I can't pay them much just yet. The programmers name is "EIREXE" and I've been following their personal development work for a while so they're a solid programmer. They're not used to Unity though, so over all i'll keep things simple for a while. 

For now they've made a new 360 camera for the animations, so look forward to much better camera control similar to controls in illusion games and such. Not quite as robust yet, but it'll get there. Some future plans is adding some options for simple dialogue, speed controls, and some minor interactions or animation changes. This is all in due time though.

Once things with MiNT get situated with his new job, I'll be able to commission more. But for now this is the most requested issue I wanted to resolve. So look forward to it in a future release!

In other news I'm making updates to Naomis model today and I'll do more later this month. When I originally made the Our Apartment release I was still updating the model and at some point lost the sculpting data due to some adjustments I made. There were also some other issues I couldn't address. So I need to re-add a lot of that stuff. 

So the next time you see Naomi there will be some additional body details on her. Her face will change slightly but not due to scuplted detail really, just improving her profile abit.

Other than that there's a new outfit that will be made for the new animation.  I'd embed the image but maybe patron might think thats not PG enough. Anyway this outfit may come with some challenges like the transparency but i'll deal with that when I come to it... The outfit was suggested by long time $100 patron JRPL, so thank him if you like the outfit! The new animation will be based on his suggestions as well!

This will also be some of the first implementation of changeable outfits, 

About The Couch

I'm currently looking into some alternative solutions to still reach my goals for The Couch, i'll be testing some of these in "Our Apartment" first, but only after I buy these assets which will total around $200 or so. If all works out, I might be able to minimize some needs but it will require redoing a number of things in the project. But in the end it would require lower programmer commitment. 

I'll explain this stuff more later when I get to testing and buying these. 

Other updates

I got some other things going on and i'm transferring the site this month. There's supposed to be a kickstarter for an Art book I'm part of where you can get some of the first Naomi merch. 

But that hasn't launched yet, so expect another update later. 

Beyond that, I've been in talks with some people and there might be a tangential Naomi project that may or may not be on this Patron. It's a mix of some idea's I've talked about, and will use some of the same assets as "Our Apartment" i'll update on this as I work out more if it even happens.
