Update and asking for feedback.
Added 2016-12-17 00:23:19 +0000 UTCHey, guys. I passed my $500 goal and will invest in a new computer hopefully to have nicer and faster renders. I also need to continue working on my unique Sarah to put here in longer vids with voice work. I haven't made a goal after that because I honestly didn't anticipate how fast I would have reached 'em. I've thought about it and I think for one of my next goals, it would be to have short games with the help of a bud. This wouldn't take as long as I would have a talented bud helping me and this would go with my longer animations. I'll think of an appropriate goal number soon.
Now, I also need feedback from as much as you guys possible. I'll just list the things I want to know but you guys can respond about anything. I know I haven't been exactly on the ball for patreon rewards except for animation requests, I want to change that up by Jan or Feb.
-How do you feel about logo-less versions of renders for $5 and up?
-What can I do to make the $10 and $15 tiers more diserable?
-Do you like how frequent I post?
-Should I post wips as soon as I have 'em or do you like it better when I have more than one to show off?
Those are really all I can think of but please give me feedback on anything, doesn't even have to do with the Patreon tiers. I can't add more commission tiers as I have my hands full right now with them and reqular commissions. Most I can do is give other versions of finished work, wips, and project files such as AE, PSD, and DMX files.
tl;dr I've maxed out on the commission tiers which gave me the biggest boosts on here. I would like to do stuff to get new or veteran pledgers on the other tiers($5 and up).

They would simply be rewards like how other animators release other versions of renders or access to other files. I'm not trying to get more money off current pledgers, I'll still have final renders and most of my wips for every patron to see. I think it's fair for higher tier pledgers to get more bang for their buck, new or old. My $45+ tiers would not have been taken otherwise.

I don't think you should aim for people to give you more money, you should instead focus on having more people giving you money, period. That being said, I like Wips, only if they don't take too much time from you. And remember, Patreon is about donating money, not purchasing things (which are copyrighted btw). Keep up the good work you are doing good.

2016-12-17 23:28:37 +0000 UTCYou post far more frequently than many other artists on Patreon, so keep it up. The polling system sounds good...give a few suggestions and let people vote on which one to do. I don't think logo-less would do much since your logo is already innocuously placed.

2016-12-17 03:05:20 +0000 UTCMaybe a polling system where $10 and up get to suggest ideas for a monthly animation, and the lower tiers can vote for the one that they like best (I got that idea from another person's Patreon, but I like how it works). This is my first time pledging, but I think I could afford to move up a couple of tiers to see those longer Sarah animations with the voice work!
