I'm always iffy on showing the shading without the outline, looks creepy as hell. Probably should have the outline around it too, but it's TOOOO LAAAATE

I didn't start this one on paper, just went straight to the computer, and I find it so much harder to nail the initial sketch! I really don't know what it is, perhaps it's the fact that with digital, I can zoom in forever and it's harder to keep my focus on simplifying and finding the 'core' of my drawing. Didn't use any reference either because sometimes it just takes so long to set up the camera, and I have to take so many shots before I get the right one. My camera has a function where I can say 'smile' and it'll snap a pic, but it doesn't always hear me. So there have been a few occasions of a naked me posing in the basement screaming SMILE late at night. Yup.

I'm thinking it would be cool to show some other process of my work, whether or not I make another video time lapse? That would likely be next month, but I think a different media would be nice.
