This new workflow + LoRAs for Wan are amazing, and I've been using it to go over many old projects and fill in "gaps" where I hadn't been able to fulfill my vision. One of the those, for better or worse, is the Big Ball Lap Dance which I'm already in the edit phase for. Will this make the project take longer? Yeah, probably. But, is it worth it? Yes, I really believe so since there were several parts I really wanted to include that previously I had to scrap. I'll share a few examples today and I hope you'll agree that having clips like these in the final video will be worth the wait.
Yesterday I had my PC generate for 14 hours straight, spitting out 29 videos. Unfortunately, the gen gods didn't seem to be with me yesterday. I had 5 "good" videos, 4 "ok" videos, and 20 "weird" videos (some of them that practically had me rolling on the floor laughing, see the reject reel attached to see what I mean). One of the problems was that I really wanted to get some tiddy drop vids. One issue is that Mom Balls' tiddies are incredibly massive and there is no LoRA for Wan 2.1 that'll generate tits that match with what I get out of Stable Diffusion. Since the tits can't be in the first frame for a tiddy drop, I can't just generate them with SD and use I2V. There are nice titty drop LoRAs, I found one that can generate pretty large breasts, but it keeps mistaking her balls for her tits, to hilarious effect. This is the challenge with using a LoRA trained on traditional porn for huge futa porn. I've gotten lucky a few times, but odds are not with me getting these LoRAs to generate quality videos. And without the LoRAs, Wan 2.1 generates really weird breasts. So, I'll run some more gens today hoping that luck will be with me, but if not, I'll move on. I figure a few more days generating clips for Big Ball Lap Dance then I'll start generating for other projects like Muscle Mom again and focus on the editing for Big Ball Lap Dance.
I'll also release my first "reject reel"/outtakes video today. This is a "mini" one just for the rejects I generated over the last 2 days. Some of them were just so funny I feel they were worth sharing right away to give you an idea of how many "oops" clips you have to generate to get those golden ones you've been mining for (sometimes I think the ratio is as high as having to generate 5 shit clips to get 1 good one). I have another reject reel that I forgot about and never shared, I'll try to watermark it and get it out in the next few days. It is about 4 min long of rejected clips from February and my earliest projects. Again, just for fun. I find these hilarious, and maybe you will too.
Lastly, I hit 3,000 followers on X.com last night. Wooo, hooo! Honestly, when I got started with this stuff in January I didn't think I'd ever get this big, much less this fast. So, I'm pretty happy with that! But, it is you guys who've made the difference cause otherwise I'd have spent myself out of this hobby at this point with how much tools, subscriptions, and cloud computing costs (and the softer costs of work-life balance and having your gaming PC dedicated to generating porn all day). Instead, I've been able to continue to push the limits. So, thank you!
P.S. some of the videos are inconsistent as in you'll notice color shifts and other oddities. This is because I was experimenting with different upscalers some of which do weird stuff like color shifts. I need to probably do color grading using a LUT at some point to get my desired coloring via postprocessing. But, for now, I plan to go through and upscale the original interpolated videos consistently at some point. So, these are work in progress.

There are two reasons I haven't gotten there yet: 1) I'm still working out the kinks in multi-person image generation (SD does not make this easy, it gets confused very easily about who you are describing and it turns into a freak show), this is doable, but requires getting better at ControlNet, InPainting, and other tools and I've been more focused on video right now (finite time and GPUs to generate on is an issue too here). 2) LoRAs trained on these types of images don't really exist yet as I understand it (sort of, I have a few, but they haven't yield good results thus far). There are general NSFW ones that may work or I can adapt more common ones trained on regular male-female porn and hope they work. But, I need to have solid base images first which goes back to 1. I definitely want to though since this is the kinda stuff I'm really into as well. I find, for me, that I learn best by doing. And right now, I'm refining the process and learning from my solo/single-person generation work. Which will help me when I get to multi-person XXX scenes. Big Ball Lap Dance was my first attempt at multi-person stuff, and it was painful, especially in the image generation phase with I'd say 90% of the images generated being unusable. It was a learning process, and when I got to generating my first XXX images with Gym Rat Fuck, it got worse since sexual intercourse is even more complex and hard for AI to understand, even with trained LoRAs. That said, I know all this is doable, there are AI creators who have been in the biz far longer than I (years instead of months) that are creating great stuff in the multi-person XXX space. And I plan to get there too. Along the way, I'm trying to create things that I think are hot with what skills I have now.
