YULE SPIRIT | EXCLUSIVE SET #2 OF DECEMBER

Merry Christmas, my dears! Today I would like to present you my Exclusive Set #2 of December - "Yule Spirit"! Hope it would make your holiday more joyful!

Honestly, I planned to make something less complicated, more usual, but my interior voice said me to think more (maybe it was a voice of devil, cause I found myself dead-tired at the end of month XD). When I was on my way to university, I remembered about Yule and tried to seach as more as I can about characters, style and everything connected with this tradition. I only found one art with lady in white with holly wreath holding a candle. In this moment I got a blur idea in mind and started finding fabrics which would fit the concept. But there wasn't items, which I require. Continuing rummage through ideas I came across the art of Christmas elf. I immediately decided I want something like this. Then was a day, which I fully spent on collecting any artworks. And finally I drew  the final design. I won't lie, it was really hard for me to reach it and decide with details I want and with material would be looking good together.

Than I got all the fabrics to my lovely seamstress and process has started! We did 3 tries. At the end seamstress told me that all the materials: golden eco-leather laces, velvets and fur - are not made with each other and it was very hard to deal with them. When I saw the final result I convinced with it. We decided that some of the details, which were planned to resew, I will craft, such details were: bows and belt. One details was fully resewed by me: it's the red parts on bra, which are going to neck: i cut the red fabrics, sewed 3 golden laces to each, and attached to lingerie. Some golden lines I resewed too. What about crafting details?

♡ Bows: I did next: I drew on graph paper the form of bow -> tranfered to EVA and cut out -> glued velvet to EVA -> glued the golden laced above.

♡ Belt: I cut out needed piece of EVA -> glued brown eco-leather above -> stiched the parallel lines on sewing machine -> glued the velvet belt with golden laces above -> drove in the golden eyelets  -> cut the golden lace on in the middle and used as lacing

♡ Holly decoration: I cut out 44 little holly leaves out of 15 mm golden lace -> glued them on bra, pants and leg parts -> decirated it with golden and red beads and gems.

♡ Also I did little belts on hands, adding to them metallic frames previously painted them in golden.

♡ Plus I glues 4 beautiful golden patterns on hem of robe. (that's the only reason for thrid pic, you little XD)

About retouch: today I did the mailing of "Carmilla (lingerie)" and "Crimson Bride" set. Next I will send "Cruella (lingerie)" set. Then: 2 Shani sets and "Roses, Thorns and Love". After: "Moonlight Fairy". "Shining Quinn" and "Pure Thoughts" sets will be definetely send in January, sorry - these sets require additinal shooting and I didn't have time and energy to did it previously.  Hope to finish everything I planned!
