YENNEFER | MAIN SET OF AUGUST

Hi, sweethearts! <3

I'm happy to present you my Main set of August - Yennefer from The Witcher! Something familiar, isn't it? This costume is an upgrade of my old-old set, which I did in 2021. Now I will tell you how it was created.

Yennefer original dress was my first designed costume. And this summer I remembered it and decided that I want to remake it, for sure it was huge. The jersey fishtail skirt became velvet with 2 slots, one-piece top was divided to corset with lacing and sleeves, "lanterns" went smaller, white lace with flowers was deleted (I can't believe I added them to the fisrt version), thin  white shirting fabric was replaced with jacquard with pattern. Since "Prayer 2B" I liked making eco-leather belts, I did 4 of them in this version, each is different - one has places for bottles, the second decorated with holnitens, last ones are attached to "leather" vest, which has metallic wire to keep in shape the front part of the detail.

I guess you got that it was a teamwork as always with my seamstress, she'd done the sewing part, I did the part with belts. How do I make them? In September I didn't manage to find thick fake leather for belts, so I needed to strain my brains to solve this problem. I got out this way: I cut from EVA-foam the detail in particular size, take thin leather (I got on jersey base) and glue it on Glue Classic (idk how it is called worldwide - it's the most based glue in yellow color) and spread and press the leather on EVA (previously you need to smear with glue both sides). VOILA,  you have a good piece of "thick leather" XD Only recently I bought leather puncher, I could tell you - that's A THING - everything became much easier in making belts. 

Also I changed the method how I do my Yennefer wig, I curled it like Hollywood waves. OMG, I do love how this waves look. Some of you notice that I just can't live without adding chockers or pendants on my neck, I'm telling you, these styling is my next obsession.

As always I need to tell you something about my live and how my summer goes. Fisrt half of August I was on my vacation in Tunisia and it was great! It were my first real holidays in last 2 years and I can't believe it happened in my life XD It was my first trip to Africa, to Sahara Desert, to this country, mindblowing trip. It refreshed y mind and thought and I'm full of new ideas to bring to life to you! I shooted 2 phone sets in swimsuits, maybe you want to see them?

About the retouch of the sets: since I finished sets of August, I started to work hard on retouch in next two days will be the first mailing, I will try to finish as many sets that I can till the end of month. Exclusive sets 2 of month will be in priority as I said before, if you have questions about any set or something else, please write me in messages, I will start answering tomorrow! Sorry for this long wait, I'm trying to do everything to bring you the best result I can.
